At Glorient Aromatics, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following guidelines:
Return Window
* Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
* Beyond this period, we will be unable to process any return or refund requests.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
* The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging.
* Items should be returned with a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
* Return is accepted only for valid reasons such as:
> Damaged or defective product received
> Wrong item sent
We do not accept returns for:
* Items purchased during discounts or sales
* Used or opened items
* Gift Pack

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at glorientaromatics@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly share:
* Your order ID
* Reason for return
* Photographic evidence (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return as per our policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
* You will be notified of the refund approval status.
* If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
* Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
