1. Order Processing Time

* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

* You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.

* Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp/SMS once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities, towns, and villages in India.

3. Delivery Time

* Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

* Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, logistics issues, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

* Free Shipping only on selected products.

* Competitive shipping charges overall.

* Cash on Delivery (COD), is not available at that time.

5. Packaging

We ensure all products are securely packaged using eco-friendly and damage-resistant materials to preserve product quality during transit.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with courier details. You can track your shipment online using the provided link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@glorientaromatics.com.

7. Delays or Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to:

* Courier delays

* Remote or inaccessible delivery locations

* Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

* Please do not accept the delivery, and report it immediately.

* Contact us within 48 hours at info@glorientaromatics.com with photos and order details.

We will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
